The RM of Armstrong invites offers to purchase certain RM of Armstrong owned land by mail or in person to 1094 PTH 17, P.O. Box 69, Inwood, MB R0C 1P0 by no later than the closing date and time noted below. All bids should be in a sealed envelope labels with the legal description of the property being bid on. To ensure everyone has the same access to the same information, all available properties can be found on the RM of Armstrong website at https://www.rmofarmstrong.com/p/land-leases-sales
Your offer must include a secured deposit of $1,000.00 payable to the RM of Armstrong which will become non-refundable if accepted, or returned to you if not accepted. Cash, Debit, Money Order or a Bank Draft are accepted. The successful offeror will be notified upon acceptance. Highest or any bid not necessarily accepted, and preference will be given to block bids over individuals submissions.
Every buyer is solely responsible for its own due diligence, including required access to the lands intended for purchase, as the RM makes no representations or warranties whatsoever in that regard, now or in the future.
